JCA-158/158A heavy weight surface resistance tester is a highly integrated microcomputer display, portable insulated surface resistance tester (high resistance meter). At the same time, it is equipped with high-precision digital temperature and humidity sensor. The test voltage in the machine is DC10V and 100V. The resistance value can be displayed directly by digital, with high precision, rapid display, good stability and convenient reading. This instrument is suitable for anti-static products such as anti-static shoes, anti-static plastic rubber products, computer room anti-static raised floor and insulation resistance measurement of electronic and electrical products.
JCA-158/158A heavy weight surface resistance tester (high resistance meter) is suitable for measuring the insulation resistance of insulation materials, electrical products, various components, and can also measure the insulation resistance of plastic wire and cable (without shielding layer) at different temperatures. For example, materials such as work surfaces, paint, bags, wristbands, common point ground cables, footwear, packaging materials, clothing, anti-static chairs, and static control areas. Applications include engineering, maintenance, quality control, incoming inspection, manufacturing and training.
Working principle
According to Ohm's law, the measured resistance Rx is equal to the applied voltage V divided by the current I, that is, R=V/I Ordinary high resistance meters (mainly pointer high resistance meters and some commonly used digital high resistance meters) the working principle is to measure the voltage V fixed, by measuring the current I flowing through the sampling resistance to get the resistance value. It can be seen from the above formula that because the current I is inversely proportional to the resistance, rather than proportional, the display value of the resistance is non-linear, that is, when the resistance is infinite, the current is zero, that is, the zero point of the table head is ∞, where the scale is very dense and the resolution is very low. The whole scale is non-linear. And because the voltage V will also vary when measuring different resistances, the accuracy of ordinary high resistance meters is difficult to improve. The 158/158A digital insulation surface resistance tester measures the voltage V at both ends of the resistance and the current I flowing through the resistance at the same time. After A/D conversion, the voltage is divided by the current through the internal microcomputer digital processing, and the result R is obtained. Then the obtained results are digitally displayed the resistance value, even if the voltage V at both ends of the resistance and the current I flowing through the resistance are changed at the same time, the resistance value displayed is not as the ordinary high resistance meter because of the change of the measured voltage V or the change of the current I, so the measurement accuracy is very high. In theory, the error can be zero. The actual error can be a few thousandths or a few thousandths.
Temperature and humidity is imported original digital temperature and humidity sensor, directly to the microcomputer display, high precision, large measuring range, intuitive reading. The test voltage does not need to be manually switched, the microcomputer automatically switches the range and test voltage according to the size of the measured resistance, and will not damage the instrument when the test end is short-connected with the high voltage 100V.
